Hi there,

Welcome to my first newsletter! I’ve been thinking about doing this for a while, but was nervous about becoming just another person that clogs up your inbox! But then I thought about why I wanted to send out a newsletter. In today’s times, it can feel like we have so little control on what is going on around us - but the one thing that we do have control of - is our bodies, our health and our well-being. And there are so many things that we can do, at minimal cost and effort, that can optimise how we feel and live. So this is what this newsletter is - small changes, little nuggets of information that I have learned and picked up along the way,  which I would like to share with you, that you can hopefully utilise in your everyday life! I hope it’s helpful and if you have thoughts/ideas/feedback then let me know!
